Dusty Rogers, a.k.a. Mr. Rogers, grew up in the foothills of the Sierra Nevada's. In 1998, after discovering the underground EDM scene, he began to DJ. Finding himself in a small mountain town, where electronic music was scarcely known of, and not having an immediate outlet to perform, he virtually created his own string of successful events from the ground up. At the height of these forest parties,attendance quickly soared in upwards of 600 person psychedelic outdoor renegades, and are still spoken of, with high regard, today.
For the past 4 years, Mr. Rogers has put the focus into his original tunes, and has been sending his hand crafted sonic waves, out of the lush forests of Northern California, slowly creeping down the mountains and rippling into the ear drums of unsuspecting victims worldwide.
The success of Ooze System, his first album, released in late 2007 has received enormous praise on a global scale, and he has since been slipping behind the console to headline dance floors all over the U.S., bringing a fun-filled, energetic, whomp to freaks aplenty.
Mr. Rogers connects with dancefloors instantaneously with his intelligent soundscapes, and playfully aggressive beats. His roots lie in recognizing the importance of enjoying life, laughter, creativity, play....
