Son of a shipyard worker and grand french dame. These bawdy bon-vivants met on the pirate isle of Ibiza, Spain and lived in a stone house with dirt floors....with fellow pirate mates and old-school rock stars.
Craving the good life and following the call of gold and riches they headed out west to California, San Francisco to be precise, the Barbary Coast. Land of Gold.
Spawned in the country, Cyril Noir emerged from the hills and dales of Indian Country to make his mark in the music halls and saloons of San Francisco with his music and travels taking him further afield and around the world.
While at the ship yards and saloons with pops after a days work, always A musican from an early age, Cyril Noirs father would have a hard time prying him away from the mechanical juke-box into the late hours while much grown up reveling ensued in the background.
A sign-painter and by trade, the work life always served a distraction to the always constant lover, Music. It was clear the jukeboxes of his youth would be present in his future and so, the life of muscian/dj called loud and clear.
